DALLAS, Sept. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Willow Bridge Property Company, one of the nation’s leading multifamily property management companies, has announced that Jennifer Staciokas has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, Staciokas will oversee corporate strategy and planning, AI strategy and adoption, corporate marketing and communications, procurement, and enterprise project management. She will also lead key operational functions, including operations and performance, capital and facilities management, and asset strategy and optimization.
With more than 27 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, Staciokas is a recognized transformational leader with a track record of translating strategy into measurable business results. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership positions at two of the nation’s largest property management companies and played a pivotal role in building a property management platform from the ground up. Her expertise spans operational transformation, organizational effectiveness, asset performance and business growth.

Staciokas holds a Bachelor of Arts in French from West Chester University and a Master of Arts in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University. A respected voice within the multifamily industry, she is a frequent speaker, facilitator and moderator at leading industry conferences and is actively engaged with the National Apartment Association (NAA) and the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC). She also serves on several industry advisory boards, including Multifamily Executive, Entryway, Connexus and Nurture Boss.
Her leadership and contributions to the industry have been recognized with numerous honors, including GlobeSt.’s Women of Influence Award in 2016 and 2021, the AMA Tributes Executive of the Year Award in 2022, and recognition as one of AZ Big Media’s Women Leaders in 2023.
