As part of the transaction, co-founders Angie Shehaj and Alexandre Perrier retained a significant equity stake in the company, reflecting their conviction in its next phase of growth. SGP, along with co-investors, provided all the capital required to complete the transaction via SGP’s One-Stop Buyout® structure.

Founded in 2018, Diamond Art Club is the category leader in diamond painting kits, providing enthusiastic customers around the world with high-quality kits featuring patented tools and exclusively licensed artwork designed by a loyal network of more than 500 independent artists.
