State of Play Hospitality Reports Strong Fiscal 2026 Results and Secures $10 Million in Growth Capital

Group revenue rose 19% as Flight Club USA outperformed the market and drove State of Play’s growth across North America

CHICAGO, IL, UNITED STATES, August 11, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — State of Play Hospitality, a leading operator of technology-enabled social entertainment concepts, today announced strong results for fiscal 2026, ending on March 29, 2026, and the completion of a $10 million growth capital raise from existing investors to support its continued expansion in North America. Group revenue increased 19% to $72 million, while venue EBITDA increased 28% to $18 million year over year. Group EBITDA rose by 45% to $7.7 million.

The new capital will primarily be used to fund the continued expansion of State of Play’s Flight Club portfolio, including upcoming new venues in New York, Dallas, Minneapolis and Nashville. Flight Club, the premium Social Darts^® concept the company operates in North America under license, achieved 8.3% same-store sales (SSS) growth in fiscal 2026, with 4.2% SSS growth across the overall portfolio.

State of Play operates three category-leading concepts in the U.S. and U.K., including Flight Club in the U.S., AceBounce and Hijingo. During fiscal 2026, State of Play opened Flight Club venues in Philadelphia, Cincinnati and Seattle, expanding Flight Club’s U.S. footprint to 11 venues. U.S. operations accounted for over 80% of the group’s revenue, up from 72% in fiscal 2025, reflecting its focus on North America.
