New York Times bestselling business author and Profit First creator Mike Michalowicz will headline the October 1–3 gathering in Chesterfield, Missouri. Presented by T.H.E. Impact Network, the 67th Annual Eagle Summit is hosted by Sandy Wardenburg Waggett, owner of MSW Interactive Designs and Infinite Yous.
The event’s current campaign theme—“The Conversations That Shape What Comes Next”—reflects a program designed to move beyond lists of AI tools. Human by Design will bring 22 speakers from across the country together with an intentionally limited group of 75 CEOs, founders, senior leaders and leadership-team members for 2.5 immersive days.

For Waggett, the central question is not whether organizations will use AI, but whether leaders will design that use around clear standards, sound business fundamentals and responsibility to the people affected by their decisions. The featured lineup shown in the event’s new campaign creative brings several human-leadership perspectives into the same room. Alongside Michalowicz and Waggett, featured participants include Dr. Seema Desai, identified as a people catalyst; TJ Sweet, keynote speaker; Lisa Nichols, people-first leader; and Fred Miller, speaking coach.

Michalowicz will deliver the featured keynote on Friday, October 2. His books include Profit First, Clockwork, The Pumpkin Plan, Fix This Next, Get Different, All In and The Money Habit. Human by Design is structured as a working event rather than a conventional conference. Participants will work toward a business-specific AI integration plan and a digital-clone blueprint incorporating voice, video presence and an AI-powered knowledge system.
