Acquisition expands Limble’s operational and consulting expertise with longtime implementation partner joining its professional services team
LEHI, Utah, Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Limble, the modern maintenance and asset management platform, today announced the acquisition of the professional services business from FM360, a nationally recognized facility management implementation and consulting firm. The acquisition expands Limble’s professional services capabilities, giving customers direct access to deeper implementation expertise, tailored training, custom integration development, program assessment, and ongoing optimization.

FM360 and its founder and President, John Rimer have built and optimized facility, maintenance, and CMMS programs for an impressive list of Fortune 500 corporations, global enterprises, and government agencies. Now, as part of the acquisition, the Charlotte, North Carolina firm’s team will join Limble, continuing to support current engagements while expanding its work across Limble’s global customer base. Rimer will become Limble’s Vice President of Professional Services.
